Cinnamon & Maple Chia Pot

Rich in fibre and high in calcium, these chia pudding pots are a deliciously satisfying way to start your day. Or, prep the pot in the morning for a simple afternoon snack or dessert!

Ingredients

Chia Seed Mixture

¼ cup chia seeds

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Toppings

Chopped fresh fruit

Nuts and seeds

Granola

Instructions

Whisk the almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and sweetener together in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for five minutes and then whisk again to prevent clumping.

Cover and set in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir the chia seed mix well, breaking apart any clumps.

Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
