Pistachio & Sesame Bliss Balls
These little energy balls are the perfect pick me up to help you fight that afternoon slump. Each bite provides a little fibre, protein, healthy fat, and natural sugars for an energy boost. Sweet, shareable (if you want to share), decadent, satisfying and borderline addictive – Yum!

Ingredients
12 pitted Medjool dates
1 cup almond butter (or sub any nut butter)
1 cup pistachios
1 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Instructions
Pulse the dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or form a ball.
Add the remaining ingredients and pulse or mix until combined.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls. This should yield about 15 balls.
Optional: You can roll the energy balls into crushed pistachios for an extra crunch.
Then....Eat Eat Eat!*
*Store the bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer to keep them extra fresh.
